Westbrook Stevens, LLC has teamed with the RGP Nashville Office, Lipscomb University’s College of Computing and Technology, and VMEdu’s 6Sigmastudy to offer ongoing Lean Six Sigma Training in 2016. Come join us and earn your Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Belts.
We will meet half days on Fridays from 2:00 PM CST to 6:00 PM CST on the Lipscomb University campus in the College of Computing and Technology Department. During these interactive workshops, you can earn a bunch of Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma belts.

Ongoing Training… Only 4 hours on Fridays. You receive:
Service/Healthcare – Lean Six Sigma (S/H-LSS) White Belt – Designed for organizations’ executive leadership. The purpose is to explain the Lean Six Sigma program and culture at a very high level. The S/H-LSS program is specifically designed to show nontechnical employees how to make substantial improvements to processes and systems using a three phase approach. It is specifically designed for Service Organizations using Healthcare examples.
Phase One: White and Yellow Belts
Service/Healthcare Lean Six Sigma (S/H-LSS) White Belt: This four hour workshop leads to a S/H-LSS White Belt is specifically designed for leaders of service organizations to understand the the big picture of Lean Six Sigma. We use an easy three phased process of “Assessment, Problem Solving, and Implementation” so that even the least technical employees can apply what they learn.
